During the past few weeks, my two transportation staffers, Zach and Don, worked hard to help me create an amendment to the Federal Aviation Administration Re-Authorization Bill of 2018. Today, my colleagues in the House of Representatives voted to allow my amendment into the bill.
Last week, I had the privilege of welcoming members of the St. Andrews Society, and Scottish community to Capitol Hill to commemorate the 20th Anniversary of Tartan Day. I was a founding Co-Chairman of the Congressional Friends of Scotland Caucus which helps to unify relationships between Members of the United States Congress and Members of Scottish Parliament.
